About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive person to support our operations, with a strong focus on administrative processes and data management.


Requirements

🔹English level B2 .

🔹 1 year of experience in HR processes.

🔹️Direct experience in HR Operations or HRIS is a plus.

🔹️Experience in database management.

🔹️Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

🔹️Intermediate Excel level required.

🔹️Strong attention to detail.

🔹️Excellent communication skills .


Key Responsibilities

✅Organize and manage freelancers’ records.

✅Assist in the contracting and onboarding process.

✅Maintain accurate and up-to-date agents’ records, including personal information, contracts, and evaluations.

✅Support exit interviews and complete termination documentation.

✅Perform additional tasks as assigned by the HR team.
