Tasks
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, managing communication across Slack, LinkedIn, email, and our internal platform.
  • Proactively follow up to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Hop on quick calls when needed to explain next steps, clarify expectations, or offer guidance.
  • Track all candidate activity and communication in Airtable and ClickUp, ensuring all data stays clean and organized.
  • Coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Customer Success Manager, and Interview Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates - your role is to be their success manager, not just another recruiter.
  • Keep communication warm, human, and professional while representing Hiry's tone and values.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English; confident in daily communication via Slack, email, and calls.
  • Outgoing and approachable personality - enjoys talking to people and helping them succeed.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer success, or recruiting is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - able to juggle multiple conversations while staying structured.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote setup.
  • Available during European business hours (CET).
  • Proactive and reliable - consistent follow-up is key.
