We are seeking an experienced and polished Talent Partner to lead hiring for Non-Electronics categories within our e-commerce business across UAE and India. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally to senior candidates.

Responsibilities :

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across various categories for UAE and India.
  • Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, understanding long-term talent needs.
  • Manage mid to senior-level hiring, including niche and specialized roles.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipeline creation via LinkedIn.
  • Conduct high-quality candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining strong candidate experience.




What you'll need:


  • 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-driven businesses.
  • Polished, well-spoken, and confident communicator.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience hiring across UAE (preferred) and India markets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
