What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent & People Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our organization.

This role will focus primarily on recruiting and hiring, while also supporting broader people operations and administrative initiatives that help the company scale efficiently.

Because we partner with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) for compliance and HR administration, this role is not focused on traditional HR compliance. Instead, the emphasis is on building strong hiring processes, supporting managers, and improving day to day organizational operations.

This role will play a critical part in helping the organization scale thoughtfully and efficiently, ensuring we continue to attract strong talent while strengthening our internal operations.

The right candidate will become a key partner to leadership in building and supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Hiring (Primary Focus)

  • Lead recruiting efforts across multiple departments, including sales, operations, creative, manufacturing and technical roles.
  • Manage the full hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Implement structured hiring methodologies such as Topgrading or similar frameworks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job scopes, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruiting sources, job boards, and external partners.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

People Operations

  • Support onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
  • Maintain internal documentation related to roles, responsibilities, and organizational structure.
  • Assist leadership with performance review processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Help coordinate internal training and management development programs.
  • Support internal communication related to organizational changes or team updates.

Organizational & Administrative Support

  • Support leadership with operational initiatives related to team structure, hiring plans, and workforce scaling.
  • Assist with coordination of internal business initiatives across all departments and management of our HR PEO.
  • Maintain internal hiring dashboards, recruiting metrics, and pipeline reporting.
  • Help streamline and document internal processes as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations.
  • Strong experience managing full-cycle hiring.
  • Experience working in fast-growing organizations or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Familiarity with structured hiring frameworks such as Topgrading is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with leadership and hiring managers.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic recruiting work with hands-on coordination and operational tasks.
  • Highly proactive and detail-oriented.
