Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Performance Specialist to join the HR department. He/She oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of talent and performance data. This role involves supporting HR initiatives by providing accurate insights, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating effective decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent management, with a focus on performance management and employee engagement. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of performance management principles, employee engagement strategies, HR best practices, and UAE labor law.
