Job description:

· Contact clients to gather details for upcoming and ongoing campaigns.

· Review booking order templates from the Sales Team and confirm campaign details with clients.

· Create and maintain accurate influencer lists on the dashboard for each campaign.

· Add influencers recommended by the client or based on internal recommendations.

· Communicate professionally with influencers via WhatsApp or other approved channels, representing Go Studios as Campaigns Manager.

· Monitor campaign execution to ensure goals are met.

· Take extra confirmation steps to guarantee campaign targets are achieved.

· Replace any influencer who refuses or fails to post coverage with an appropriate substitute. Delegate tasks to the Operations Team as needed.

· Follow up with clients during campaigns and respond promptly to requests.

· Coordinate effectively with the Operations Team and other internal departments.

· Generate new leads and identify potential influencers.

· Maintain and update the influencer database to reflect availability, past performance, and category expertise.

· Assist the team with meetings and other campaign-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Influnceues
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
