We’re seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead campaigns, grow our brand, and connect with fashion-conscious consumers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing StrategyLead strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and seasonal launches.
  • Brand ManagementEnsure consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels—digital, print, events, and retail.
  • Digital Marketing & Social MediaManage and optimize social media presence, email marketing, SEO/SEM efforts, and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Content Creation OversightCollaborate with creative teams and influencers to produce compelling content for lookbooks, campaigns, social media, and product launches.
  • Influencer & PR PartnershipsIdentify and manage relationships with fashion influencers, stylists, PR agencies, and media to enhance brand visibility.
  • Market & Trend AnalysisMonitor fashion trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Event PlanningPlan and execute brand activations, fashion shows, pop-ups, and seasonal events in key markets.
  • Analytics & ReportingUse tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and fashion retail cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Creative flair with a sharp eye for branding and design aesthetics.
  • Experience working with influencers, stylists, or in PR is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is desirable.
