Due to growth we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Mid level.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various sourcing techniques (online sourcing, networking, job fairs, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates. Craft compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent. Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication.
- Administrative Support: Manage candidate data and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screenings. Assist with the preparation of job offers and onboarding materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience from Product or start-ups companies
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
