The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified healthcare professionals through strategic sourcing, relationship building, and talent pipeline development to support Union Health's workforce needs.
You would ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality healthcare talent by leveraging social media, professional networks, recruitment marketing, candidate relationship management tools, and community outreach initiatives to fill critical and hard-to-fill positions.
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Healthcare recruiting, passive candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, candidate relationship management, interviewing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, hiring event coordination, healthcare credential review, Workday/ATS utilization, CRM database management, public speaking, and recruitment analytics.

Healthcare recruiting certifications, HR-related certifications, or equivalent professional experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare licensing and credential verification processes is strongly preferred.
