The Talent Specialist is responsible for supporting end-to-end talent acquisition, talent management, and development processes across the organization. The role ensures efficient sourcing, selection, onboarding, and talent lifecycle coordination, while contributing to performance management, succession planning and Emiratization initiatives.
ESSENTIAL
1Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2HR related post-Graduate Certification
Experience Requirements
- 5-10 Years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

Experience in using different recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Taleo, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across various levels.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Competence in structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviewing.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and employment laws.
Knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions.
Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)

Implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent based on the business and manpower needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment and selecting candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to enhance the candidate pipeline.

Ensure smooth onboarding process, including employment contract signing, visa processing, scheduling orientation sessions, arranging facility tours, and coordinating IT and respective departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns.

Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their respective teams and roles.
- Monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding period and provide support as needed to facilitate their integration into the company.
- Regularly provide detailed updates to management on the status of ongoing recruitment activities, highlighting progress against hiring goals and timelines. This includes presenting key recruitment metrics and KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing channel effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and the quality of hires.

Ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Uphold ethical hiring practices, promoting fairness and inclusivity in the recruitment process.

Represent the organization at recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives to attract diverse talent.

Support Talent Management cycles including Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review, Year-End Review, Calibration, and Talent Review.

Coordinate and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs), employee training needs, and learning interventions.

Assist in planning and executing L&D initiatives, workshops, LEAP programs, and functional training calendars.

Support communication and awareness sessions for performance management, talent review, and system-related updates.
