Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally
- Record sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries, and vouchers
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Inventory Management
- Maintain stock records (raw material & finished goods)
- Monitor inventory movement and reconciliation
- Coordinate with store/production team for stock verification
Bank & Cash Management
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Monitor cash flow and daily bank transactions
- Handle cheque entries, RTGS/NEFT records
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and follow-ups
- Track receivables and coordinate with clients for collections
- Maintain aging reports
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account
- Prepare Balance Sheet
- Assist in GST workings and filing coordination
- Prepare data for Income Tax Return (ITR)
- Handle audit requirements
MIS & Reporting
- Generate monthly MIS reports
- Prepare financial summaries for management review
- Analyze expenses, revenue, and profitability
