Job Description
Support the PA Operations team in gathering business and system requirements, coordinating issue resolution, and preparing Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), reports, visuals, and presentations, while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise systems and operational processes.
Requirements & Documentation Support:

Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements

Prepare and update Project Initiation Documents (PIDs) and basic process documentation
Issue & Ticket Coordination:
-
Support issue and ticket tracking and follow-ups
-
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders on resolution status
Reporting & Visuals Support:
-
Create PowerPoint presentations, visuals, and simple dashboard mockups
-
Support preparation of management and operational reports
Operational Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain operational trackers and basic KPIs
-
Support data validation and reporting accuracy checks
Stakeholder & Meeting Support:
-
Document meeting minutes and action items
-
Follow up on assigned actions and support cross-functional coordination
