About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Saudi graduate to join our Tamheer program as an Administrative Assistant. This is a training role designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a professional office environment, helping you build the skills needed for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, photocopying).
  • Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, such as emails and memos.
  • Help maintain office supplies and records.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Eligibility: Must be a registered on the Taqat platform, meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
  • Education: Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn and a positive attitude.
