Essential Functions

Hosts are the first point of contact for guests into Big Grove and shape the customer’s entire experience. . Customers must be greeted warmly and enthusiastically.
Utilize Toast Tables software to initiate and maintain waitlists. Provide guests accurate wait times.

Work Environment
This position operates in a hospitality/ brewery environment. This role routinely uses cleaning supplies and point of sale terminal systems.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time and Part time positions may be available. Hours of work/ days may vary from week to week. Schedules will be posted 2 weeks prior to allow time for employee’s to be informed of work requirements. The business is open 7 days a week during many different parts of the day. Evening and weekends are a key requirement.

Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be pumped up and excited about providing the Big Grove experience to our guests!
