Our supply truck services an established route of professional tattoo studios. This position is customer-facing and plays a direct role in maintaining our reputation in the tattoo community.

Position Overview

We are looking for a smart, friendly, responsible individual to drive our supply truck and service an established route of tattoo shops. You will deliver orders, process payments, and build strong relationships with shop owners and artists.

You are not just a driver — you are a representative of Element on the road.

Responsibilities

Route & Deliveries

• Drive company vehicle safely on established delivery routes
• Deliver orders accurately and on time
• Verify invoices and product quantities at delivery
• Load and unload inventory (40–50 lbs regularly)
• Maintain truck cleanliness and organization

Sales & Payment Processing

• Use POS system and credit card terminal confidently
• Process credit card and cash transactions
• Collect and reconcile payments accurately
• Handle basic order adjustments when needed

Customer Service

• Build and maintain professional relationships with tattoo artists and shop owners
• Answer basic product questions (training provided)
• Communicate customer feedback and inventory needs to management

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Must be able to work weekends
• Comfortable using a POS system and credit card terminal
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Tattoo supply knowledge is helpful but not required (we will train)

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
