Tax Accountant

Aspire 92 is seeking an experienced Tax Accountant with a strong background in finance and accounting, specifically from an ACCA qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing large, strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent relationship management and service delivery. This role requires strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review US individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040NR, Schedules A, B, C, D, E, etc.)
• Assist in preparation of business returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041) and related schedules.
• Gather, organize, and reconcile client financial documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, bank statements, etc.)
• Perform data entry and tax computations using industry-leading US tax software
• Support senior accountants in tax planning, estimates, and amendments
• Respond to basic client queries via email and scheduled calls (US time-zone flexibility required)
• Ensure all work complies with IRS regulations and firm quality standards
• Work on QuickBooks and hold an advance understanding of QuickBooks online is a plus.

Qualification:

• CA (Pakistan) or ACCA qualified OR pursuing CA/ACCA with majority of papers cleared (minimum 10+ papers for ACCA or equivalent progress for CA)
• Experience: 0-3 year (fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Strong academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and Quickbook
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner
