Tax Accountant – US Clients

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (6:15PM – 3:00 AM PKT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tax Accountant with bookkeeping experience of multiple industry, US taxation, accounting, and payroll to support a portfolio of US-based clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tax preparation, bookkeeping, backlog accounting, payroll processing, compliance, and direct client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review US tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S).

Process payroll and prepare payroll tax filings.

Prepare and file W-2 and 1099 forms.

Maintain bookkeeping records and perform account reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and filing deadlines.

Communicate with clients and provide accounting and tax support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification.

2+ years of experience in US taxation and accounting.

Strong knowledge of US tax returns, payroll, W-2s, and 1099s.

Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with Drake, ProConnect, Lacerte, Intuit Pro Series or similar tax software.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:p

ACCA Qualified/Part Qualified, CA Finalist, CPA Candidate, or equivalent.

Experience working with US clients or CPA firms.

Knowledge of payroll tax, sales tax, and state tax filings.
