Tax Accountant

We’re Hiring: Tax Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a Tax Accountant to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Group's tax compliance function, with a primary focus on UAE VAT compliance and reporting across Ali & Sons Group and its subsidiaries, while also assisting with Corporate Tax compliance and tax-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review VAT returns, reconciliations, and related filings across Group entities.
• Ensure timely VAT compliance, payments, and maintenance of records through the FTA portal.
• Provide VAT guidance to business units and review transactions, contracts, and invoices for appropriate tax treatment.
• Support VAT audits, tax authority inquiries, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with Corporate Tax compliance, including tax computations, returns, transfer pricing requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor changes in UAE tax regulations and support implementation across the Group.
• Maintain accurate tax records and contribute to process improvements that enhance compliance and reporting efficiency.
• Support the Tax Manager with tax-related projects and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in UAE taxation, particularly VAT compliance and reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
