- Prepare and file accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including corporate income tax, sales tax (GST), and withholding tax, in compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations.
- Analyze financial records to compute taxes owed, identify deductions, and optimize tax liabilities to minimize costs.
- Stay updated on Pakistan’s tax laws (e.g., Income Tax Ordinance, Sales Tax Act) and international tax principles relevant to foreign-funded operations.
- Support tax audits, respond to FBR inquiries, and prepare documentation for assessments.
- Develop tax-efficient strategies for business activities, such as expansions or export-oriented operations, to attract foreign investors.
- Maintain accurate tax records and prepare financial reports using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Excel
Sales Order Maker (50%)
- Create, process, and track sales orders for customers and dealers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in coordination with the sales team.
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and specifications, against customer/dealer requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to resolve discrepancies in sales orders and prevent escalations.
- Maintain detailed records of sales orders in the company’s CRM/ERP system, ensuring traceability and compliance with sales policies.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
- Assist in resolving customer or dealer complaints related to sales orders, ensuring regional mechanic verification for technical issues as per company policy.
