Technical Sales & Support Engineer

Devomech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Technical Sales & Support Engineer to manage and grow sales of our mechanical and electronic components platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their technical needs and provide tailored product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders through the online platform.
• Promote and sell mechanical and electronic components, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and recommend suitable components or alternatives.
• Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and assist in closing sales.
• Gather market insights and competitor information to support sales strategy and product positioning.
• Represent the company professionally and positively as the face of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience in technical sales, customer support, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electronic components and systems.
• Confident, extroverted personality with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
• Outgoing and persuasive communicator.
• Technically sound and quick to understand customer requirements.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
