【 Job Summary】* This position focuses on handling basic tax compliance for a high volume of corporate clients. You must possess exceptional numerical efficiency to accurately complete VAT* and CT filings under standardized workflows, ensuring clients meet FTA requirements.

【 Key Responsibilities】

• High-Volume Filings
• Independently complete monthly/quarterly VAT returns and Corporate Tax registrations for a large client portfolio.
• Data Entry & Reconciliation
• Efficiently organize client invoices and bank statements, ensuring accurate input into accounting systems (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks).
• Compliance Review
• Audit primary documents to ensure tax compliance and advise clients on correcting non-compliant invoices.
• Deadline Management
• Rigorously track deadlines to ensure 100% on-time submission and avoid late payment penalties.
• Basic Consultancy
• Assist clients with routine queries, such as the correct issuance of standard Tax Invoices.

Requirements】

• Hands-on Experience
• 1–2+ years of UAE-based accounting or CSP experience; proficient with the FTA Portal.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient in mainstream accounting software (Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Core Competency
• Ability to handle data in a "factory-style" environment with high accuracy and low error rates.
• Languages
• Good English communication skills for coordinating with multicultural clients via email or phone.
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 (Based on experience).
• Additional Case Bonuses awarded based on filing volume and accuracy.
• Work Location: Dubai.
• Working hours: 09:00-19:00
• Reporting Line: Reports directly to CEO
