Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented US Real Estate Tax Researcher to conduct property tax research for municipalities across all states in the United States. This role involves using platforms such as NETRONLINE to access tax records, liens, and delinquency data, and directly calling US tax collector and Assessors office when information is unavailable online. The ability to maintain high-quality standards, meet daily productivity targets, and assist in estimating future property taxes for potential purchases.

Key Responsibilities

· Research property tax records, liens, and delinquency details using NETRONLINE and official municipal websites.

· Call US tax and assessor offices to collect, verify, or clarify property tax details.

· Send professional, well-structured emails to US offices to request or confirm information.

· Maintain accuracy, quality, and completeness in all research outputs.

· Meet daily and weekly productivity targets without compromising quality.

· Maintain organized documentation of research findings for internal use.

· Assist in estimating future property taxes for potential property acquisitions.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: Fresher's

Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written English communication.

· Strong email etiquette for professional correspondence.

· Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting daily targets.

Work Requirements

· Work from office in Bangalore.

· Must arrange own transportation.

· US shift timings

· Week Off's: 2/Week (As per Roster)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
