Job Description

As a Tax Consultant at Fusion CX, you will serve as both an advisor and a sales driver. You’ll actively identify potential clients, communicate the benefits of our tax solutions, and help them navigate complex financial needs with clarity. Your success will depend on your ability to build relationships, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Focus: Promote and sell tax solutions to individuals and business clients by clearly communicating service benefits and aligning offerings with client needs
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and current clients to encourage long-term engagement and loyalty
• Consultative Selling: Understand client profiles, provide tailored advice, and guide them through the decision-making process with tax-related clarity
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, align on goals, and ensure seamless client experience from inquiry to closure

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in tax services or finance-related industries
• Strong understanding of tax compliance, services, and relevant terminology, with the ability to explain concepts to non-experts
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients clearly and persuasively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
