Tax Executive

Position Overview

The Tax Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with all tax regulations, optimizing tax processes. This position requires a deep understanding of taxation laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the organization’s financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:.

• Ensure timely preparation and filing of all tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
• Manage timely submission of tax-related payments and documentation
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings such as annual returns, Form A, Form 29, and other required documents to SECP.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CA) are highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local tax laws and SECP regulations.
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices and statutory filing procedures.

Experience: 3-4 Years
