Job Title: Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee all tax compliance and advisory functions within our Dubai operations. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Tax and Value Added Tax (VAT), while optimizing the company's tax position through strategic planning and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all corporate tax and VAT compliance processes in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns, registrations, refund claims, and other statutory filings.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Provide tax advisory support on business transactions, restructures, and cross-border operations.
• Monitor updates in UAE and international tax laws (e.g., OECD Pillar Two, transfer pricing) and assess their impact on the business.
• Lead and support tax audits, liaising with external auditors and FTA representatives when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax documentation, policies, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance across all business units.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and government authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on tax compliance and policy changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or CTA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in taxation.
• Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and international tax frameworks.
• Experience in transfer pricing, tax planning, and audit management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
