What You'll Do

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, trusts, and other entities.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Mentor, train, and support staff to encourage professional growth and technical development.
• Monitor project deadlines and workflow while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions for clients and the firm.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

Required:

• CPA
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on taxation.
• Extensive experience with tax preparation and tax review procedures.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Preferred:

• Experience with Trust and Estate taxation.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
