✨ Tax Supervisor
What You’ll Do
  • Develop specialized knowledge in at least one area of individual or business taxation
  • Review and prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
  • Use research tools to support tax planning and return preparation
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Maintain work papers and client records; assist with client communication as needed
  • Supervise and mentor tax accountants to support skill development
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • A minimum of three years work experience in public accounting
  • Experience with the supervision and mentoring of other accountants
Preferred:
  • Specialized knowledge in at least one area of estate, gift or trust taxation
  • What Sets You Apart
  • Knowledge of payroll, property, and excise tax issues impacting clients
  • Familiar with bookkeeping systems (Peachtree, QuickBooks)
  • Proficient in ProSystem fx and AuditVision/linking techniques
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide confidential administrative support with tact and diplomacy

Compensation
  • Salary range: $83,000 - $95,000
  • Final offer based on location, experience, skills, licensure, and business need
