Overview
Hunt Financial is seeking motivated and professional Tax Preparers across the United States to join our growing team for the 2027 tax season. Whether you're an experienced tax professional or someone looking to enter the tax industry, we provide training, support, and resources to help you succeed.
Training will begin in August 2026, with active tax preparation work starting in January 2027.

Duties

• Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses during tax season (Jan-June)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
• Provide excellent customer service virtually or in person
• Provide guidance to clients on tax-related inquiries and financial planning
• Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
• Engage in marketing efforts to attract new clients
• MUST COMMIT TO 25 CLIENTS

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete training before tax season
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) - or willingness to obtain before November 2026
