Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations
• Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and tax documents using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other accounting tools
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes and minimize liabilities
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to identify opportunities for savings or risk mitigation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice
• Support bookkeeping activities and manage client accounts using various accounting software platforms
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, public accounting practices, and technical accounting concepts
• Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks, Sage, and other relevant tools
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret complex financial data accurately
• Experience with bookkeeping, corporate accounting, and tax experience is highly desirable
• Solid math skills along with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients with diverse backgrounds
• Marketing skills to promote services effectively and build lasting client relationships

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per month
