- Understand each client's situation and present tailored options
- Handle objections and work toward closing deals efficiently

- Minimum 6 months of phone sales experience required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone conversations daily
- Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
- Motivated by performance, goals, and commission-based income
