Tax Reporting Assistant Specialist

We are looking for a skilled ‘’Tax Reporting Assistant Specialist’’ to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of tax declarations and statutory filings in accordance with local tax legislation

• Assist the senior accounting and tax team in ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax-related reports

• Follow updates in tax laws and support the team in reflecting regulatory changes into accounting processes

• Provide support in VAT refund processes and other regulatory reporting requirements

• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement schedules

• Provide documentation support during internal and external audit processes

• Perform assigned tasks in accordance with company procedures, internal control

standards, and information security policies

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives under guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or tax reporting (new graduates are encouraged to apply)

• Good command of English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements

• Familiarity with IFRS reporting standards

• Understanding of Turkish tax legislation and statutory reporting framework

• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

• Strong sense of accuracy and responsibility

• Willingness to learn and develop in tax and financial reporting

• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.
