Tax Resolution Case Manager

Remote | Full-Time | PST Hours

We are a growing tax resolution firm looking for an experienced Case Manager who can confidently handle cases from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who understands IRS processes, can manage multiple cases efficiently, and is ready to grow into a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee tax resolution cases from start to finish
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps
• Collect and review financial documents (433-A/B, etc.)
• Coordinate with Enrolled Agents and internal teams
• Ensure all case timelines, filings, and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in tax resolution (required)
• Strong understanding of IRS processes and documentation
• Excellent organization and case management skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Strong communication and client management skills

Preferred

• Experience in a tax resolution firm
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Logics is a plus)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
