Position: Taxation Executive / Senior Taxation Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Taxation Executive to manage and supervise the company’s tax matters, ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, and handle all tax-related reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations and other statutory requirements
• Maintain proper record of all tax-related documents and reconciliations
• Handle correspondence with tax authorities and respond to tax notices, audits, and queries
• Calculate tax liabilities accurately and on time
• Assist in tax planning and identify opportunities to minimize tax exposure legally
• Reconcile tax accounts with the general ledger
• Support in preparation of annual financial statements related to tax matters
• Stay updated with changes in taxation laws and regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants regarding tax issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s / CA Inter)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in taxation
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws and FBR system
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
