Taxation Manager - US

Summary:

The Taxation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance and tax planning, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax laws in the USA. This includes overseeing tax filings, conducting tax research, and advising on tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring full compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and other entities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant USA tax laws, including federal and state regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning advice to management and other departments.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure proper tax reporting and to identify potential tax-saving opportunities.
• Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified / CPA (USA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in USA tax law, regulations, and filing with a strong understanding of federal and state tax requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance or tax advisory roles.
• Excellent knowledge of tax research tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex tax issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in night shift or US Time Zone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
