The Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all testing and commissioning activities for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role ensures that all systems are tested, validated, and handed over in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, etc.).
  • Develop and implement detailed T&C plans, procedures, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and project teams to ensure readiness for T&C.
  • Oversee preparation of test scripts, checklists, and commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, standards, and project requirements.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and third parties for witnessing and approvals.
  • Manage and track pre-commissioning, testing, and handover stages.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems perform to design intent and efficiency.
  • Prepare T&C reports, progress updates, and final handover documentation.
  • Supervise and guide commissioning engineers and technicians.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
