Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HORECA sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and client mapping.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality and catering sectors.

  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and training sessions for clients.

  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.

  • Manage product assortment, distribution plans, and ensure brand visibility in outlets.

  • Motivate and guide the key accounts sales team to meet business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and ethical practices.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in FMCG or restaurant sector sales, preferably in HORECA.

  • Strong knowledge of the HORECA market, key players, and distribution channels.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

  • Valid Qatar Driver’s License required.
