Job Title: Key Account Specialist – Retail / Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Specialist to manage and grow relationships with our key retail clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring product visibility, and maintaining strong customer partnerships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key retail and trade accounts.
  • Act as the main contact point for assigned customers, addressing all sales-related inquiries.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective account management and market execution.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, promotions, and brand activities to increase market share.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in all outlets.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, stock levels, and promotional compliance.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and account reviews to management.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or key account management (preferably in FMCG or consumer goods).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with solid reporting and forecasting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
