Role: Indirect Sourcing Manager/AM
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift.
Experience: 10 – 15 Years (10+ years in indirect procurement, sourcing, category management, or strategic procurement roles across multiple non-production categories.)
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification or procurement certification is preferred.
Job Role
In this role, associates will lead sourcing strategies and supplier management for indirect spending categories such as corporate services, IT, facilities, professional services, and business support requirements, driving value, governance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across indirect spending areas to optimize total cost, service quality, and supplier performance.
Lead complex RFx events, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting activities.
Partner with functional stakeholders to understand demand, define specifications, and align sourcing strategies to business outcomes.
Drive supplier governance, scorecards, quarterly reviews, and performance improvement actions.
Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, demand management, cost control, and process standardization.
Conduct spends reviews, market intelligence analysis, and benchmarking to inform category strategies and sourcing decisions.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk controls, contract governance, and audit requirements.
Support budgeting and forecasting input for major indirect categories.
Lead issue resolution related to supplier service failures, contract deviations, and commercial disputes.
Coach sourcing team members and driving adoption of best practices, templates, and governance standards.
