Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for new contracting of NODs and network resource expansions, ensuring timely completion after confirmation from the planning team.
- Oversee the manual and automated cancellations of unused resources based on the optimization plan, aiming for cost savings.
- Manage infrastructure requirements by creating and handling CRs within HP Change & Incident Management systems.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of Telecom Egypt network infrastructure resources.

Network Infrastructure & New Expansions
- Act as the key technical contact between the company and Telecom Egypt for modifications, including equipment or service transfers due to switch replacements or building offloading.
- Ensure all network TE infrastructure resource databases are updated with new contracts, terminations, and site surveys.
Activation of New Network Resources & Installations
- Issue circuit numbers, invoices, and work orders after confirming availability with Telecom Egypt, in line with their financial procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate data on active and terminated network resources to operational teams.
- Align with the planning team and Telecom Egypt’s commercial relations team to terminate and refund costs associated with dismantled or obsolete nodes and devices, under the supervision of the senior supervisor.
- Review, disputes to settle the resources quarter and annual renewal invoices with TE to deliver to finance
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
Strong understanding of Transmission networks
- Good knowledge of Power systems (DC & AC)
University degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Language Proficiency:
- Strong proficiency in **Arabic and English** (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to identify obstacles and propose solutions to achieve planned targets.
- Creative thinking in administrative and technical improvements for efficiency
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ Experience in technical operations
