TE Senior Specialist.Core Network Planning & Deployment

Job Purpose

Handle Telecom Egypt Account to facilitate the Network Development, Daily Operation and B2B, arrange access requests, issue IDs for subcontractors and vendors staff, coordinate with riggers the TE actions achieved on time, handling operational access 24/7 to overcome any outages specially for the locations with national security restriction.

Report To Position Name

Handle TE permits issuance for ET requests: Handle day-to-day operational aspects of scope ensuring sticking to deadlines. Reviews deliverables prepared by TE to confirm its match with needed Requests. Handle TE Special projects: Handle and review TD projects inside TE (Summer, Easter & Hub conversation) sharing deliverables prepared by teams to confirm its match with needed standards with TE requirements. Creates and executes TE Opex Saving project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Minimize our exposure and risk on Opex projects and monitors receivables for project to ensure work progress is as planned. Tracks and reports all TE projects on a weekly basis to ensure not exceeding the TE budget Handle TE Approval Etisalat B2B requests: Reviews deliverables prepared by TE to confirm its match with customer needed Requests. Reviews deliverables prepared by TE to confirm its match with customer time plan. Tracks and reports All ET requests (New B2B Requests, on a weekly basis to ensure not exceeding the KPI prepared by teams to confirm its match with needed standards with TE requirements Monthly analyses and reporting: Respond for Tracks and reports All ET Access requests (TE cards, daily paper access planed night access and 24/7Emergency access on a weekly basis to ensure not exceeding the KPI

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Good Management skills Excellent Computer skills Very Good English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience

High interpersonal skills Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft office Flexibility and ability to work under pressure Well organized and committed Time management and ability to meet target database Strong Database experience and ability to follow up and close pending issues
