Preparing and Serving beverages like tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors, while also maintaining cleanliness in the pantry and office areas. Responsibilities also include managing supplies, serving during meetings, and assisting with basic office hospitality duties.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as tea, coffee, Arabic tea, and fresh juices.
• Serve refreshments to visitors and during meetings, ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness in the pantry, kitchen, and serving areas. Wash cups and utensils and ensure the area is well-organized and sanitized.
• Restock and manage supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and bottled water. Inform the office manager when supplies are low.
• Keep pantry areas clean and organized and dispose of trash.
• Assist with other small office tasks as needed.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Experience in preparing and serving beverages.
• Strong understanding of different tea varieties and brewing methods can be a plus.
• Professionalism and polite demeanor.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is often preferred.
