We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Tea Girl / Office Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will handle office hospitality, cleanliness, and assist in basic administrative and reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the entire office, including meeting rooms, pantry, and reception area.
- Assist in receiving guests and guiding them to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with the HR Manager before allowing guests or candidates to meet the CEO.
- Refill and organize office supplies and pantry items as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery within the office.
- Assist the marketing and sales team by making calls to clients to schedule appointments (if required).
- Perform any additional office support duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (in Qatar preferred).
- Friendly personality and professional appearance.
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
