Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Prepare a variety of tea beverages, specialty drinks, and light food items with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and workstations
• Manage food handling responsibilities including bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, inventory management, and adhering to sanitation standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus but training will be provided
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience in customer service roles that involve serving guests in fast-paced settings such as grocery stores or retail environments is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
