Position: Tea Specialist and Dispensary Sales Associate

Location: Steele Creek, NC

About the Role:
We're looking for motivated, reliable team members who are passionate about helping others, driven by results, and committed to creating an exceptional customer experience! If you're proactive, goal-oriented, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, we'd love to meet you. This blended role includes responsibilities as both a Dispensary Sales Associate and Tea Specialist. This role offers a $15/hour base wage plus tips, with top earners consistently bringing home $20–$25+/hour during busy shifts. Please note that evening and weekend availability is required, particularly when starting out. As schedules develop, there is flexibility to shift toward daytime hours based on availability and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly, providing a seamless and memorable experience, exceptional customer service, and education on our tea and cannabis product offerings.
• Prepare and serve tea beverages, cannabis-infused drinks, and specialty mocktails.
• Provide customers with knowledgeable guidance on the benefits, proper use, and care of our cannabis, tea, and wellness products to support their individual needs and wellness goals.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and actively participate in store events and community outreach.
• Occasional travel between locations or for community events may be required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales required.
• Interest in tea and some knowledge in cannabis is required.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer experience-focused environment.
• Must be 21 years or older and comply with all relevant state and federal guidelines.
