Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team. The candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the development of toddlers. This role requires effective communication skills, a deep understanding of childhood development, and patience.

The Teacher will be responsible for educating students, managing classroom behavior, and implementing curriculum standards, and compliance with Kentucky Early Childhood regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive classroom (need to have a voice, not be shy)
• Effectively manage children according to Kentucky State ratios another teacher.
• Update brightwheel for each child when changed/used restroom, entering meals, naps, and communicating with parents throughout the day
• Communicate regularly and daily with parents
• Come in positive and with a good attitude
• Be a team player available Monday-Friday

Requirements

• Must have 1 year minimum of experience (in a center not babysitting or being a nanny)
• High school diploma
• TB test or TB screening
• Able to complete 15 hours of training throughout the year
• Full time only - available to work until 5:30pm (40 hours a week) does not mean you will be scheduled until 5:30pm but maybe.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
