Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters the intellectual and social development of students. This role involves implementing effective lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and supporting the diverse needs of all learners. The Teacher will work with students in various educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and special education needs.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and practices.

Experience

• 45 DCF hours
• Experience in childcare or child welfare settings is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence in the classroom.
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff effectively.
