Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Teacher role based in Ludhiana. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering impactful lessons to students in government primary schools. Key responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting engaging teaching sessions, and training students to build strong foundational knowledge. The Teacher will also ensure effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to promote an environment of collaboration and learning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching
• Strong Communication skills tailored for education settings
• Experience in Education and Training delivery
• Passion for primary education and creating an inclusive learning environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching or working with schools is a plus
