We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher assistant to inspire and nurture young minds in a dynamic educational environment. As a Teachers assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom atmosphere, and supporting the developmental needs of children across various age groups. Your role will be vital in promoting early childhood education, literacy, and social-emotional growth, ensuring each student receives personalized attention to thrive academically and personally. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and developmental milestones
  • Create an engaging learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking
  • Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
  • Cleaning throughout the day, plating breakfast
  • Facilitate activities that support early intervention, special education needs, and inclusive learning practices
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and fellow educators to support each child's overall development and welfare
  • Incorporate diverse teaching methods such as Montessori techniques, literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and tutoring sessions
  • Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and behavioral observations
  • Ensure safety and well-being by adhering to child welfare guidelines and providing quality childcare in preschool or daycare settings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or daycare environments
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and classroom management techniques
  • Experience with curriculum development across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, and special education
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to plan lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs
  • Prior experience working in private schools
  • Certification or training in early childhood education
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods for children with special needs or behavioral challenges
