• Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to promote a safe and productive learning space.
• Assess student progress regularly using standardized testing, formative assessments, and observations to tailor instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support children with special education needs or those requiring early intervention services.
• Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and developmental milestones in compliance with school policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Faith Formation, literacy education, classroom management, and other relevant areas.
