Teacher - 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program (Four [4] Positions)

Qualifications:

• West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate
• Currently employed at Moorefield Middle School
• Strong knowledge of elementary and/or middle school cirriculum, with emphasis on reading and/or math intervention
• Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Additional Minimum Requirements:
  • Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration.
  • Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.

Employment contingent on student enrollment. Position may be cancelled during program dates dependent on student enrollment.

Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year Only
Salary: $9,375.00 per position - paid through 21st CCLC grant funds.

Co-applicants may be accepted, but such must be acknowledged on the application as well as an agreement to split the salary.
